Independent expertise.
One coordinated standard.

Craft + Code is building a network of capable production businesses to support real estate brokerages. We bring the strategy, creative direction and client coordination. Our partners bring the expertise to deliver the work.

The production relationship

Clear direction.
Respect for your craft.

The APN is Craft + Code’s production partner network. It connects independent specialists with assignments that follow an approved strategy, defined brief and consistent quality standard.

We are looking for businesses that value reliable communication, thoughtful execution and clear commercial terms. You retain your independent business. C+C manages the brokerage relationship and coordinates the work.

Terms before production

Agree scope, rates, usage rights and payment before work starts.

Who fits

Specialists who care about the whole result.

Our initial priority is dependable real estate photography and property media coverage. We also welcome relevant expertise in video, aerial production, floor plans, print and related production services.

We review complete portfolios, service territories, pricing, turnaround, licensing and available capacity. Where a service requires credentials, insurance or operating permissions, those must be verified before assignment.

Coverage is assessed by service and territory. We build concentrated, usable local coverage before expanding client commitments.

The quality standard

Production with a purpose.

Individual deliverables should work together. Every image, layout and production decision contributes to a coherent brokerage presentation.

Follow the brief. Work from the approved direction and flag questions before production.

Protect the standard. Deliver consistent, technically sound work suitable for its intended use.

Communicate early. Raise scheduling, access or scope issues while there is time to resolve them.

Practical details

The questions worth asking.

These are the basic participation principles. Provider agreements and written assignment authorizations establish the specific terms for the work.

Who contracts with and pays the production provider?

Craft + Code contracts with the provider for each authorized assignment and pays the agreed production fee. The brokerage contracts with C+C. Scope, deliverables, price and payment terms are agreed in writing before work begins. Provider payment does not depend on when the brokerage pays C+C.

Is the work white-labeled or delivered under our brand?

Assignments are delivered under the Craft + Code managed service, with the brokerage’s branding where appropriate. In client interactions, providers identify themselves as C+C’s production partner. Required attribution, portfolio use and any branding exceptions are agreed before the assignment.

What assignment volume can providers expect?

We are qualifying production partners ahead of our January 25, 2027 launch. Assignment volume depends on signed clients, service needs, geographic coverage and provider availability. Participation does not guarantee assignments or a minimum volume.

How are communication and scheduling handled?

C+C manages the brokerage relationship, supplies the approved brief and coordinates scheduling with the provider. Direct logistical contact can be authorized for property access and on-site needs. Scope changes and commercial decisions return to C+C for approval.

How do revisions and licensing work?

Providers submit deliverables to C+C for review. Included revisions, correction responsibilities and additional charges are defined for each assignment. Usage rights must expressly cover the intended brokerage and C+C uses before booking. Attribution and portfolio permissions are agreed in writing.

Are there onboarding, membership or commission fees?

There are no fees to join or remain in the APN, and no commission is deducted from the agreed provider fee. Providers quote their production rates; C+C separately prices its client engagement. Exceptional expenses require advance agreement.

Is participation exclusive? Can we decline an assignment?

Participation is nonexclusive. Providers can continue serving their own clients and accept or decline proposed assignments based on fit, capacity and availability. Screening does not constitute admission; final approval rests with the founder.
